The long-term idea is that a Career Archive is useful twice: you tailor resumes from it, and later employers can search the same kind of structured evidence. Until that ships, there is no employer portal, no company search of your archive, and no “skip the application” connect flow.

When there is a strong fit, the intent is a direct conversation. No public launch date. This path depends on people already keeping an accurate Career Archive, which is why that record is the product today.
Why the archive has to come first
A discovery product that matched people on invented or stale claims would not be useful. The work you do today — uploading a resume, correcting facts, refusing to add tools you do not have — is the dataset that future matching would need. Build and review the archive for your own applications now; employer-side search stays on the roadmap until it exists as a real product.
