Career Archive
Reusable roles, facts, and skills
Upload a resume to extract previous roles, accomplishments, and skills into a record you can edit. The archive lives beside the resume so later applications can reuse evidence instead of starting from a blank page. You can generate a starting resume from the archive, add or correct entries, and delete the archive from your account. Scoring a job still uses the resume text in the editor; archive entries inform improvement suggestions when they are relevant.

Paste a posting and Analyze Match. GetUrJob extracts skills and requirements, then compares each one with the readable text of the current resume. Results split into matching qualifications and items not found yet, with required and preferred called out. Selecting a match item is a request to surface existing evidence more clearly. The score is GetUrJob’s assessment of that pair of documents. It is not an employer ATS score and does not predict interviews.

Ask for a specific change: rewrite a bullet, tighten a section, fit a page, or pull a stored archive fact into the current resume. Copilot is scoped to resume work. It will not write unrelated code, browse the web, or invent employers and dates. Review the preview after each change.

One template, unique downloads
Import a PDF or start from the archive. The editor compiles a live preview of GetUrJob’s professional template — there is no template catalogue. Export downloads that PDF. Free accounts include a small lifetime cap of unique PDF exports; Pro raises the monthly unique-export cap. Re-downloading an unchanged file does not consume another unique export. Billing, plan, and remaining exports are in account billing.

Switch the center pane between the compiled resume preview and Career Archive. Undo and redo apply to editor changes.

Usage, Upgrade, billing, light or dark appearance, and Replay Tour stay in the header so the first-run path is recoverable.
What is not in the product
GetUrJob does not offer multiple resume designs, an employer-facing ATS, job applications on your behalf, or a public talent search for companies. Those employer discovery ideas are on the roadmap and are not available today.
