What this score does not mean
The Match Score is GetUrJob’s assessment of evidence overlap for one resume and one job description. It is not an employer’s ATS score, an interview probability, or a guarantee that a resume will pass a particular company’s screening system. Job descriptions can be incomplete, and each employer’s software and review process can differ.
