Full-Time Medical Representatives/Sales Executives for medical device in Chandigarh and Mumbai for a leading Medical Device Company


Job Description

1. Identify medical institutions/ establishments in different geographical/ sectoral categories as target markets.
2. Build independent relationships with buyers – whether Hospital Administrators/ Surgeons/ Doctors/Distributors.
3. Give technical presentation to doctors about the company products.
4. Convince doctors to use new products as samples and collect organized feedback.
5. Organise CMEs and participation in conferences.
6. Organize a well oiled distributor network to cater to regular product demand in various sectors.
7. Provide product specific support to distributor and doctors.
8. Drive incremental sales and broaden the consumer base.
9. Understand and deliver superior service to differentiate the product for the user.
10. Drive brand recognition and customer loyalty.
11. Ensure daily sales plan and weekly sales targets are adhered.
12. Share learnings with the larger team – ensure best practices are standardized .
13. Document the sales process and ensure adherence to the same.
14. Follow daily/ weekly/ monthly reporting practices as laid down by the executive team.

People with minimum of 6 months exp. in sales preferably institutional/hospital sales, willing to travel extensively, experience of handling distribution network, good communication skills, preferably science graduate
Candidate from the similar industry will be preferred

Salary: INR 1,50,000 – 2,25,000 P.A. salary + reimbursments + Incentives
